As with previous visits The Carpet Emporium provided fantastic service. From adjusting the fitting date to accommodate my work schedule, providing a large sample rug, and to finally making an excellent job of the fitting they were a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to Donnie and the fitters.

I have been using Emporium for many years they did our B&B and did a fantastic job with moduleo flooring and also carpets, l price checked quite a few local places but Emporium came up top with a realistic good price and availability to start and finish job.
All of the staff were very knowledgeable of the products they were selling and gave us good advice where needed.
The fitters are really good they all are perfectionists.
Recently had karndean flooring installed in our new build by Kris first of all Kris came and did the screeding it was so smooth never seen anything like this before, next day started laying the Karndean fantastic job, then the Emporium carpet filters came at arranged time another great job done.

A great customer experience and cheaper than the mainstream national brands by a significant margin. Owned by a local family too. Really great service. I had a snagging issue at my new house in Tornagrain requiring a floorboard to be lifted post fitting. I didn’t have the tools. I phoned and an Emporium man was despatched immediately to sort out the problem.
The Carpet Emporium Inverness also fitted the flooring within two weeks of me placing a deposit and ordering. The owners and staff here are superstars!

Great service yet again from Donnie and co at the carpet emporium. From start to finish, the whole process was really easy, great ideas and advice and they managed to carpet and floor my whole house at short notice and in record time! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring!!

I have been coming here for years, they have lots of carpets & flooring to choose from @ reasonable prices. Fantastic customer service I have never had an issue. All very friendly and know their stuff about all flooring they have been doing it for years.
